Yes — every tier is designed to stand alone. The Assessment is a one-off. The Workshop is a one-off. You can take either without any commitment to ongoing services. Advisor and On-Call have a 3-month and annual minimum respectively, because the value compounds over time.
No — AI SOC Monitor is a separate tier. But if you are already on Advisor or On-Call, you get a bundled rate: Essentials from £299/month instead of £499, Standard from £499 instead of £799, and Professional from £899 instead of £1,299. The two services complement each other — AI SOC Monitor detects, On-Call responds.
For Tiers 1–4, pricing is fixed regardless of team size — the effort and deliverables are the same. For AI SOC Monitor (Tier 5), pricing is banded by headcount because monitoring costs scale with the number of users, devices, and mailboxes in your environment. If you move between bands, we simply adjust at your next renewal.
